Where are we

Lesvos is the third biggest island of Greece, having a total surface of 1630 sq. km and population of 84.202 (2001). Mytilene is the capital of Lesvos island. The climate is temperate, weather is mostly sunny during the year and the average temperature is 9-13 Celcious at winter and 24-29 at summer. The Petrified forest is located at the west part of the island, a unique physical phenomenon worldwide. Oil and ouzo are the main products that Lesvos is producing. Many visitors come here because of the island's many hot springs and thermal baths. Hundreds of kilometers of scenic coastyard, make the island look like a platan leaf floating in Aegean sea from above and people are well known for their hospitality
